John’s technical advice and knowledge was excellent and reassuring from the outset. The installation (a concrete flu/lining in a very old property) was completed within the time estimated and exactly as described. John and his team were extremely well organised and very efficient, getting on with the job. Inevitably, the work was messy (e.g. removing and replacing random building stones for access) but the team covered floors etc and cleaned thoroughly after completion. We are very satisfied with the finished job.
